Responsibilities
Act as a mentor and technical reference for less senior colleagues;
Conduct in-depth studies of members' profiles and behavior;
Validate data quality across different storage layers;
Create and adapt queries for reading and processing data, producing analyses and data visualizations;
Explore data to refine business hypotheses;
Develop and monitor indicators, metrics, analyses, and action recommendations for the team's challenges;
Develop and maintain dashboards;
Catalogue the datasets under the team's responsibility;
Build and monitor audiences for specific campaigns.
Requirements
Collaborative spirit and strong willingness to learn
Previous experience in CRM is desirable
Strong proficiency and autonomy in SQL
Good analytical ability to define and test hypotheses
Preferably a degree in areas such as Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing or related fields
Experience with Microsoft Power BI and building measures and dashboards
Previous experience with the Denodo data virtualization platform
Knowledge of R or Python is desirable
Knowledge of PySpark is a plus
Proficiency in descriptive statistics
Strong storytelling skills
Experience creating indicators and KPIs
