• Application Support Analyst optimizing scheduling templates for improved patient access at Ohio State University Physicians. Collaborating with teams to enhance operational efficiency in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Execute all assigned physician and ancillary template optimization requests.
• Compile and evaluate access data to provide recommendations for improvement guidelines.
• Manage all recurring and daily scheduling templates for assigned departments, locations, and providers.
• Document and approve any edits to templates.
• Maintain all system dictionaries associated with the scheduling templates.
• Work as a liaison between the clinic departments and IT regarding scheduling related systems requests.
• Assist in the collection of data for performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide data to administrators and providers facilitating conversations around patient access.
• Perform proactive audits on recurring templates.
• Partner with department leaders to design recurring templates according to metrics.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Cadence template build options.

Requirements

• High School Diploma Required.
• Must have strong written and oral communication.
• Be able to work in a team environment.
• Be able to focus with attention to detail.
• Be able to work independently.
• Be able to organize workload to provide reliable follow through and meet timelines/deadlines.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• EPIC Cadence certification or data analytics training preferred.
