About the role
- Facilitator for generative AI tools, organizing spaces and producing educational materials at Banco Bmg. Supporting user experimentation and ensuring knowledge access for AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the use of generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, copilots and similar), organizing the LAB's physical and digital space, producing educational materials, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement. Acts as a practical facilitator, ensuring employees have access and knowledge to explore AI solutions.
- Assist users in experimenting with generative AI tools.
- Ensure compliance with usage rules and the security of the environment.
- Provide guidance on features, limitations, and use cases of the tools.
- Record participant feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Support in organizing bookings and managing the laboratory workstations.
- Produce simple reports on usage and insights generated.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technology-related fields, communications, innovation, or a related area.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, content-creation tools, etc.).
- Familiarity with corporate productivity tools (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint).
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Knowledge of information security and compliance is desirable.
- Ability to create educational materials and lead group interactions.
- Previous experience with innovation or digital transformation projects is a plus.
- Intermediate English (for reading technical materials).
