Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing activities for our baby brands in DACH, CEE and GCC.
- Contribute to growth plans, go-to-market strategies, NPD launches and retail activations across Europe.
- Manage PR agencies, run influencer campaigns and coordinate global influencer seeding activities.
- Monitor digital marketing campaigns, implement retail marketing and optimize retailer listings.
- Assist with budget reconciliations, customer service updates and campaign analysis to derive actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 3–4 years in brand, digital or agency marketing, ideally with multinational experience.
- Team player who fosters a positive, high-performance culture.
- Energetic, creative, solution-oriented and able to work independently.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Excellent English proficiency, strong presentation skills and familiarity with social media; additional languages are a plus.
