Requirements
- 3–5 years in digital marketing, with proof you’ve moved KPIs (conversion, CAC, LTV)
- Fluent English, near-native writing.
- Tactical CRO execution: A/B tests, funnels, attribution.
- Demonstrated AI/automation wins in marketing (prompt engineering, workflows, or systems).
- Predictive analytics and budget allocation skills.
- Elite communication—clear, concise, tactical.
