Responsibilities
**Your Day to Day**
**Strategy & Planning:**
Working closely with internal stakeholders - develop a comprehensive Brand and Marketing Strategy with implementation plans for the United Kingdom and eventually Europe.
**Creative:**
Work with internal and external teams to ensure market specific creative assets are briefed and developed to align with the brand's local identity and premium standards.
**Campaigns & Initiatives**
Plan, develop and execute 360 brand campaigns across digital, retail and media channels - from large-scale launches to always-on activity.
Plan, develop and execute events, activations and trade partner initiatives.
Analyse performance of campaigns and provide actionable insights.
**Market & Consumer Centricity:**
Support customer insight and brand health tracking, helping to gather and interpret data to inform strategy and measure impact.
Champion our brand values across every touch point, ensuring consistency and authenticity.
**Cross-functional collaboration:**
Work closely with local and global teams to ensure marketing activities support and are aligned with every channel, overall business objectives and the brand vision.
**Performance:**
Establish, track, and report on key performance metrics using data-driven analysis to inform decisions and continuously improve effectiveness.
Develop, manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.
**Organisation & Team:**
With key stakeholders develop a plan for the Marketing Organisation inline with business evolution.
Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
**External Relations:**
Build and maintain strong and objective relationships with our PR agencies, vendors, community and our networks.
Lead media buying and negotiation across paid channels
Requirements
**What You Need**
Extensive senior experience in brand marketing, essentially from a luxury, premium or innovative product sector.
Strong campaign development skills, from concept through to execution and measurement
Confidence managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
Strategic thinker with commercial acumen.
Strong budget management skills.
Strong creative instincts and an eye for design and storytelling.
Data-driven and customer-first mindset, you love turning insights into action
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
Familiarity with digital and social media platforms, trends, and best practice
Ideally experience in Trade Marketing for large high end and smaller specialist retailers
