About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the client service workflow (email, phone) and ensure timely routing of requests.
- Assist with organizing and updating client records in CRM systems.
- Check and validate the final quality of marketing materials prior to delivery.
- Support execution of creative tasks and the sending of marketing emails.
- Collect data, produce periodic KPI reports, and monitor campaign performance.
- Assist in the maintenance and use of relationship tools (Deskfy, IndeCx, Salesforce, WhatsApp).
- Ensure the organization and archiving of all departmental administrative documents.
- Assist with processing purchase orders and controlling supplier payments, meeting deadlines.
- Interact with suppliers for quotes, orders and delivery follow-up.
- Collaborate in creating internal communication content (newsletters, presentations).
- Facilitate communication between departments (Marketing, Support, Sales).
- Maintain discipline, organization and attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring consistency and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) — for creating reports, presentations and organizing data.
- Knowledge of CRM tools desirable (e.g., Salesforce) — for updating and managing customer information.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Deskfy, IndeCx, email marketing platforms) — to support campaigns and communications.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and communications — particularly for handling campaigns, content creation and KPI monitoring.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
