Responsibilities
Ensure the integrity of the Marshalls Accredited Members Scheme
Manage the full member lifecycle, coordinating smooth onboarding and offboarding, as well as overseeing essential financial tasks like fee collection
Champion our product portfolio by providing vital support for all Product Launches internally to our people and externally to customers
Partner directly with our Sales team to plan, organise, and deliver multiple high-profile events throughout the year
Drive the creation of essential marketing assets, coordinating everything from website content and compelling case studies to product imagery
Assist in the measurement and reporting of marketing performance, giving direct insight and influence over future strategy by turning data into clear insight
Requirements
Marketing degree or equivalent experience that demonstrates capability in the role
Proven experience or a strong understanding of high-level administration and project coordination, with a proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written communication skills and a confident, personable demeanour necessary to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
Highly organised, a pro at hitting deadlines, and an analytical mindset. You know the difference between data and insight
