Responsibilities
Lead the Sun Life Canada, Sun Life Corporate, and SLC Management portfolios
Manage candidate experience for all student hiring programs
Develop and contribute to campus recruitment strategies
Create a comprehensive Campus Strategy based on market data
Build strategic partnerships within business units
Assist in developing and executing social media strategy
Measure and report on ROI, KPI’s, and DEI initiatives
Manage onboarding experience and performance management for students
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience required
Campus experience and people leadership experience is an asset
Ability to lead others and keep processes and projects on track
Act as a trusted advisor to the business
Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and candidates
Creative thinking and ability to find solutions based on clients’ needs
Excellent communication skills, data and results driven
Comfort taking calculated risks
Bilingualism (French, English) is required for Quebec
