- Oversee payment and collection operations, including processing, settlement, and reconciliation, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks by implementing robust controls and procedures to safeguard treasury functions.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely treasury reports to the Middle Office team, highlighting key trading indicators and financial insights.
- Deliver training and guidance to the treasury team to enhance their expertise in treasury operations, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Risk Management, and Technology, to drive continuous improvement and innovation in treasury operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payment industry operations, with a demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
- Proven experience in operations management with a focus on treasury functions in the payment industry.
- Strong organizational skills and able to manage tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
