Logistics Process Engineer optimizing global logistics operations for Husqvarna. Standardizing and enhancing warehouse and distribution processes to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Act as the vital link between customer expectations and logistics execution
Work closely with logistics leads, commercial teams, and external partners
Contribute to initiatives that translate customer requirements into operational processes
Optimize logistics performance and support the development of a scalable logistics model
Focus on process leadership, customer service alignment, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and governance & reporting
Standardize and optimize warehouse and distribution processes across regions
Translate customer needs into efficient logistics solutions
Monitor logistics performance and drive improvements in delivery, packaging, and documentation
Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for service issues
Apply Lean principles to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure alignment and continuous improvement
Travelling to warehouse locations as needed
Requirements
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Process Engineering, or a related field
Experience in warehouse and distribution operations across multiple geographies
Proven track record in driving service excellence and process optimization in a global context
Experience supporting retail, B2C, and marketplace customers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global functions
Familiarity with WMS and SAP systems is a strong advantage
Fluency in English (written and spoken); Swedish is a plus.
