Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously refine the lifecycle marketing strategy across email, platform, and other owned channels.
Design and optimize automated campaigns, including onboarding, nurturing, re-engagement, churn prevention, and loyalty programs.
Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to increase customer lifetime value.
Own segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content strategies to deliver highly relevant and timely communication.
Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Data teams to identify opportunities for lifecycle interventions and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Conduct ongoing A/B testing and experimentation to improve open rates, CTR, conversions, and retention metrics.
Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to provide insights and recommendations that inform strategy.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and other applicable data privacy regulations in all communications.
Stay current with lifecycle marketing trends, tools, and best practices, proactively applying them to our programs.
Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, ideally in an international fintech or SaaS.
Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms, experience with HubSpot is a plus.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, behavioral targeting, and personalization techniques.
Demonstrated success in managing automated campaigns across the customer lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, upsell, retention, win-back).
Proficiency with data analytics and reporting tools to assess performance and drive optimization.
Experience running experiments and interpreting results to improve customer engagement and revenue growth.
Ability to leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., for personalization, workflow automation) to improve efficiency and scale impact.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
