About the role
- Junior Recruiter supporting Field Operations and Corporate Hiring at Camping World. Coordinate interviews, source talent, and enhance the hiring experience in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support high-volume recruiting needs across Field Operations (Dealerships, Retail Stores, Service & Maintenance) and Corporate functions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates using job boards, social media, community outreach, and other creative channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Schedule interviews across multiple locations and time zones, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
- Track and report on recruiting metrics such as candidates contacted, interview screens completed, candidate interviews scheduled with Senior Recruiter or Hiring Manager and candidate pipeline activity
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and priorities
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Workday, Phenom or other large ATS/CRM is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
