Responsibilities
Provide technical support for incidents and requests related to Public Cloud environments, ensuring disruptions are minimized and resolved quickly.
Monitor the performance of Public Cloud services in real time, identifying and addressing availability and performance issues.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to implement improvements to Public Cloud services.
Participate in defining and implementing support policies and procedures for Public Cloud environments, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulations.
Provide guidance and technical support to customers on effective use of Public Cloud services.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to Public Cloud environments, ensuring information is up to date and accessible.
Conduct performance and security tests to assess the resilience of public cloud services.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Public Cloud, applying this knowledge to improve Claranet's operations.
Participate in incident response for Public Cloud services, collaborating with internal teams and customers to mitigate impacts and restore normal operations.
Ensure that all activities related to Public Cloud support comply with Claranet's internal policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications: Not required but desirable; certifications in Cloud Computing are a plus (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner).
Courses: Experience with courses or training in cloud technical support, cloud infrastructure, and networking.
Language level: Basic English.
Specific skills: Technical support for Public Cloud environments, basic troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
