Responsibilities
The Support Engineer will be part of Vendavo's Global Support organization, providing L2/L3 technical support to enterprise customers.
This is a highly technical role focused on deep investigation and root cause analysis - not scripted troubleshooting.
It's a great fit for engineers or analysts looking to step into a customer-facing technical position.
Requirements
Proficiency in SQL is essential - you must be able to independently write and execute queries for troubleshooting and data analysis.
Strong analytical and debugging skills, comfortable reading application logs and stack traces to identify root causes.
Excellent written and spoken English - you will engage directly with enterprise customers and be expected to communicate complex technical findings clearly and professionally.
End-to-end ownership of customer cases, from intake through resolution - reliable, accountable, and able to work independently.
Ability to replicate reported issues and document bugs or enhancement requests accurately for engineering teams.
Experience with JIRA or Salesforce is a plus, but can be learned on the job.
Flexibility to work EMEA hours as part of a global support team.
