Responsibilities
Responsible for development projects from ideation through to successful rollout
Regularly analyze existing products to identify and implement opportunities for improvement
Apply agile methodologies to make product development efficient and flexible
Plan and coordinate product launches and ensure all milestones are met
Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth communication
Take responsibility for requirements engineering
Requirements
Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable technical program
Initial practical experience in the conception and development of digital products
Good knowledge of common project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with diverse interest groups
Organizational skills, a structured working style, and comfort in leading small teams
Strong interest in AI software solutions, innovative technology, and working at a tech startup
Fluent German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
