About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for communicating and promoting the product value proposition to Distribution organization.
- Ensure product team delivers sales support to all distribution channels.
- Develop new products or sales offerings and enhanced features/services to existing products or sales offerings.
- Lead research, analyze and evaluate performance metrics to drive recommendations for market opportunities or product enhancements.
- Partner with appropriate stakeholders to develop communications for product and pricing strategies to key stakeholders.
- Build and oversee a team of employees for assigned functional areas through ongoing execution of recruiting, development, retention, coaching and support.
- Interpret performance results to inform product or sales forecast and planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related discipline; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant industry experience in Actuary, Underwriting, Marketing, Distribution or Sales/Service or Finance/Accounting Operations or Financial Services.
- Minimum 4 years’ product management, or similar strategic management experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ direct team lead or management experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ data visualization experience (i.e. Tableau).
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (i.e. FDIC, CFPB, OCC).
- Experience Owning, Forecasting, and Managing a Product P&L.
- Expert knowledge of applicable product related regulations and, risk and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of federal laws, rules, and regulations to include: TILA/REG Z, REG E, REG B, UDAAP/UDAP, FCRA.
