About the role
- Eversource seeking Omni Product Owner to lead customer technology solutions and agile scrum teams. Responsible for implementation, enhancement, and maintaining stakeholder relationships in utilities sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead team of subject-matter experts in various technology areas responsible for implementation and enhancement of the Customer Technology suite of systems and digital solutions within the Customer Operations Organization.
- Serve as the Product Owner for agile scrum teams.
- Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with company leadership, business stakeholders, project managers, other Product Owners, IT support, solution integrators, and technology vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent combination of education and related experience, is required.
- Minimum of ten years of electric and/or gas utility or related experience is required.
- Five (5) years in a management and/or leadership capacity is highly desirable.
- Must have a solid conceptual knowledge of Information Technology.
