About the role
- Product Owner focusing on HR-Management for ERP system in Bonn, overseeing product vision and strategy while collaborating with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Verantwortung für die Produktvision und -strategie im Bereich HR-Management unseres ERP-Systems

- Definition von User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien für die agile Entwicklung
- Koordination von Releases und Sicherstellung termingerechter, qualitativ hochwertiger Lieferungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit UX/UI, QA und DevOps, um Nutzerfreundlichkeit und Stabilität des Produkts zu gewährleisten
- Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Support, Vertrieb und Entwicklung zur Aufnahme und Integration von Feedback
- Durchführung von Reviews und Retrospektiven zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich HR-Prozesse sowie idealerweise in ERP-Systemen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, Produktmanager oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle
- Vertraut mit agilen Methoden (Scrum/Kanban) und gängigen Tools (z. B. Jira, Confluence)
- Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich aufzubereiten
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Organisationstalent und Spaß an der Arbeit im cross-funktionalen Team
