Responsibilities
You make sure everything runs smoothly in Sales: from planning and preparation to perfect follow-up of sales appointments.
As the communication hub between Sales, Marketing, Project and Product teams, you keep everyone informed and bring momentum to collaboration.
From first contact to successful contract signing, you support the entire sales process, continuously nurture prospects and prepare commercial proposals.
Reports, KPIs and campaigns? That’s your thing! You analyze data, contribute ideas and propose smart sales campaigns.
CRM is more than a tool for you: you keep our pipeline up to date, ensure structure and bring fresh ideas to our sales processes.
You support trade shows and events with your organizational talent: from sales planning to follow-up you maintain the overview and ensure a strong presence.
You’ll be at the forefront of a CRM migration, actively shape processes and contribute your ideas directly.
You are fast, reliable and proactive—whether responding to inbound inquiries or reaching out to potential customers. You don’t let any lead slip away!
Requirements
You have successfully completed a business-related degree or have a comparable qualification.
Initial experience, ideally in a startup environment, is a plus.
You act in a customer- and service-oriented manner while always keeping the focus on results.
Meticulous work, high quality standards and structured proposal and data maintenance in the CRM and documentation management characterize you.
With your very good MS Office and Outlook skills you handle your tasks confidently.
You demonstrate strong commitment, excellent communication and a professional demeanor, including when dealing with decision-makers.
You keep an overview under pressure and adapt flexibly to new situations.
Your very good German and English skills make you confident in all customer correspondence, whether by phone or email.
