About the role

Responsibilities
- Execute processes involving hardware and software preparation in a corporate environment.
- Provide support to employees (peripheral issues, equipment, APIs, etc.).
- Control inventory and stock.
- Perform price quotations for purchasing supplies (equipment and software).
- Create and maintain operating system images/templates and best practices across the device fleet.

Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Technology or holding a technical secondary education in Technology.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems: Linux, Windows and macOS.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of computer network infrastructure.
- Proficiency with office applications for support (LibreOffice, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, OpenOffice, and similar).
- Nice to have: experience in user support.
