Responsibilities
You are the first point of contact for support requests via phone or the ticketing system
You install, configure and update software applications
You assist with hardware issues such as desktops, laptops, printers and other devices
You manage user accounts and access rights
You prepare and configure end-user devices for new employees
You document support requests, solutions and workflows in detail
You escalate complex requests to the appropriate support level
Requirements
You have completed formal IT training or hold a comparable qualification
You have experience in an IT service desk or customer support role
You have good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS and Office applications
You possess a basic understanding of network technologies and IT infrastructure
You are a team player, communicative and service-oriented
You find pragmatic solutions and remain composed under pressure
You are willing to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
You are fluent in German and English
