- Requirement definition for new (sub-)projects
- Feasibility analysis in coordination with development and design teams
- Preparation of proposals and cost estimates
- Consolidation of requirements for handover to technical planning
- Coordination between development, design, clients and external service providers
- Reviews and testing
- Budget monitoring
- Client support through regular status meetings, trainings and support
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in IT project management and coordination
- You have managed large-scale projects
- Strong technical affinity and understanding
- You are structured, analytical and organized
- You are communicative, able to provide structure and decisive
- Confident use of project management tools
- Agile project management (SCRUM)
- Very good German skills, (very) good English skills
- Experience with various CMS, CRM, online stores, marketing and business process tools
- Management of e-commerce and ERP projects
- Confident use of Jira and Confluence (Atlassian)
- Successful management of international projects
