Responsibilities
Develop and implement the annual internal communication plan aligned with the company's strategy and values.
Create and coordinate internal campaigns, announcements, newsletters, and employee engagement (endomarketing) initiatives.
Manage internal communication channels.
Support leadership and internal teams in drafting and disseminating strategic messages.
Monitor engagement metrics and the effectiveness of communication activities.
Produce written content, scripts, videos, and other corporate materials.
Contribute to organizational culture, climate, and recognition initiatives.
Ensure consistency of corporate identity and language across internal channels.
Collaborate with HR and Marketing on integrated communication projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, or related fields;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Creativity and an eye for design/aesthetics;
Intermediate English;
Familiarity with startup culture.
