Corporate Communications Specialist developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand reputation for food and nutrition company. Engaging with stakeholders and collaborating across teams for effective communication.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement corporate communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Develop engaging content for both internal and external communication channels, including newsletters, LinkedIn, website, and intranet.
Support senior leadership in preparing speeches, presentations, and other communication materials.
Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, HR, and Legal, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Manage the company's LinkedIn account and engage with followers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Support various divisions within the company on their marketing and communication efforts to ensure consistency and alignment with overall corporate messaging.
Build trust and rapport through consistent, transparent, and empathetic communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for a variety of target audiences.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrates proactive cross-functional engagement to cultivate strategic relationships, extract actionable insights, and drive collaborative outcomes, favoring in-person interactions to enhance communication and alignment.
Experience in media relations, crisis communications, and social media management, particularly on LinkedIn, preferred.
Proven track record of successfully managing communication projects and campaigns.
Previous experience managing LinkedIn accounts for corporate entities.
Knowledge of the food and nutrition industry is a plus.
