Responsibilities
Act as geotechnical project manager for the Bois-Francs and Centre-du-Québec regions.
Collaborate with professionals working in geotechnical and environmental studies.
Collaborate with geotechnical professionals across EXP offices in Quebec.
Prepare and write service proposals.
Plan, supervise and carry out geotechnical investigations involving drilling, soil and rock sampling, installation of monitoring wells and piezometers, in-situ testing, etc.
Prepare study and technical reports, including supervision of laboratory testing programs.
Perform other duties related to the position.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, geological engineering, mining engineering, or another relevant field.
Master's degree in geotechnical engineering (considered an asset).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
Basic knowledge of environmental matters (asset).
Excellent command of French, both oral and written.
Skills in conventional geotechnical engineering.
Knowledge of soil identification.
Possess an ASP construction card.
Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
