Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Manager oversees the entire Inside Sales Department
Works closely with Distributor Territory Managers and other department managers within Keystone
Responsible for ensuring the Inside Sales team is working in the most effective ways possible
Manage projects and delegate work to the Inside Sales Team
Problem solving for any issues that arise with the Inside Sales Team
Guide and manage the Inside Sales Team to excel in every aspect of their role
Conduct thorough sales analysis, generate accurate price quotes, and provide exceptional customer service
Serve as the link between Sales Agencies, Distributors, and Territory Managers to streamline communication and processes
Identify, address, and resolve any challenges that arise within the Inside Sales Team
Work closely with other department managers, providing insight and assistance on matters related to Inside Sales
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
3-5 years of experience in a sales role (lighting or electronics industry experience preferred)
Knowledge of lighting system technologies, with focus on LED technologies, lighting controls, and/or power electronics preferred
Experience managing an inside sales team required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Teams and Excel
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
