Requirements
- 3 Jahre Erfahrung im operativen HR-Management
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse in HR-Prozessen und Tools, insbesondere mit Personio
- Affinität für präzise Datenpflege und Reporting
- Empathische und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation
- Begeisterung für digitale Trends im HR-Bereich
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Fähigkeit, Prozesse zu gestalten und Veränderungen aktiv voranzutreiben
