Requirements
3 Jahre Erfahrung im operativen HR-Management
Hervorragende Kenntnisse in HR-Prozessen und Tools, insbesondere mit Personio
Affinität für präzise Datenpflege und Reporting
Empathische und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation
Begeisterung für digitale Trends im HR-Bereich
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Fähigkeit, Prozesse zu gestalten und Veränderungen aktiv voranzutreiben
