Responsibility for our e‑learning offerings via Relias
Managing diverse projects across the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding
Further development of our leadership development program
Monitoring current trends and developments in personnel development and deriving new initiatives
Selecting, managing and evaluating external training providers and internal trainers/presenters
Requirements
Completed degree or vocational training, preferably in business administration, education or psychology
Additional qualifications in coaching, mediation or related disciplines are desirable
Solid experience in designing and implementing personnel development measures
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to professionally coordinate diverse stakeholders
Analytical thinking to design and successfully implement personnel development initiatives
Strong interest in digitization and process optimization
Enthusiasm for innovation and the ability to develop new strategies and approaches
