Responsibilities

Organize, monitor, and ensure deadlines are met for internal area processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
Proven experience in Personnel/Payroll routines (particularly termination/severance calculations);
Knowledge of labor legislation;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Experience with HR management systems (experience with Sankhya is desirable);
Experience with the Pontotel system is considered a plus;
Preferably residing with easy access to the Vila Olímpia area.
