Responsibilities
Define and own the sales strategy for the Wealth Management division
Lead, motivate and develop an international sales team
Identify new business opportunities and actively acquire clients in the wealth segment
Maintain close relationships with existing clients and ensure maximum satisfaction
Work closely with Product Management, Marketing and Operations
Monitor market and competitive developments, identify trends and derive strategic measures
Participate in defining pricing strategies and contract terms
Requirements
At least 10 years' experience leading high-performing sales teams, ideally in a technology environment with a focus on wealth or asset management
Excellent network within the financial industry and a proven track record of successfully selling complex software solutions
Strong strategic thinker, confident communicator and persuasive at all levels
Familiarity with modern sales methodologies, CRM systems and international sales processes
Results-oriented, analytical thinker and enjoys exceeding ambitious targets
Excellent English and French language skills
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in wealth and asset management is a plus
