Responsibilities
Develop and execute Bryq’s marketing strategy for growth in B2B SaaS markets
Own the lead generation pipeline, managing campaigns across digital, organic, and product-led channels.
Oversee and refine product marketing, ensuring clear messaging, positioning, and visual consistency.
Manage and mentor external collaborators and future hires to execute effectively.
Ensure strong brand presence across all touchpoints — website, ads, and social media.
Measure performance, analyze ROI, and be data-driven on budget decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified customer journey and feedback loop.
Explore and introduce new marketing approaches (e.g. ABM, customer advocacy, partnerships).
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in product-led companies.
Strong grasp of lead generation, product marketing, and campaign management.
An eye for design and aesthetics, with ability to create or edit simple visuals when needed (Canva, Figma, etc.).
Analytical mindset; experience using marketing automation tools (e.g. Hubspot)
Experience in ABM campaigns (/tools) is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience collaborating across functions and managing marketing budgets.
Bonus: background in HR tech or talent assessment.
