Responsibilities
Liderar la estrategia integral de marketing y comunicación de la compañía
Implementar el nuevo propósito y valores de marca en todas las plataformas y mensajes
Diseñar y ejecutar el plan de comunicación digital y redes sociales para la empresa y sus líderes
Desarrollar una narrativa atractiva que posicione a Shake Again como referente en innovación, estrategia y tecnología
Impulsar la generación de leads B2B junto al equipo comercial (Inbound, Paid Media, SEO/SEM, automatización, etc.)
Diseñar el plan de captación y nurturing
Integrar las acciones de marketing y ventas dentro del CRM (HubSpot), asegurando trazabilidad y seguimiento del funnel
Coordinar proveedores, agencias y partners estratégicos
Medir y optimizar resultados (awareness, engagement, tráfico, leads, conversiones)
Generar reportes de performance del funnel (MQL → SQL → Win Rate) y propuestas de mejora continua
Requirements
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en roles de marketing estratégico o digital, preferentemente en entornos B2B o agencias
Conocimiento sólido en branding, comunicación digital y generación de demanda
Capacidad para conectar propósito, cultura y negocio
Mentalidad creativa, analítica y orientada a resultados
Excelente redacción, storytelling y habilidades de comunicación
Manejo de herramientas de marketing digital (HubSpot, Meta/LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Inglés intermedio/avanzado
