Responsibilities
The Head of Channel & Field Marketing, Americas will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of regional marketing initiatives to drive pipeline creation and acceleration across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
This role balances field marketing (direct sales enablement, regional demand generation) with channel marketing (partner co-marketing, enablement, and MDF execution).
Reporting to VP of Global Demand Generation, you will collaborate closely with sales leaders, channel account managers, partners, and the global marketing team to execute impactful campaigns, events, and programs that support Versa’s ambitious growth targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a mix of field and channel marketing.
Proven experience in the SaaS B2B industry, preferably in the cybersecurity/ Networking sector or SaaS companies.
Strong track record of driving measurable pipeline contribution via field and partner campaigns.
Expertise in co-marketing execution, MDF management, and partner enablement.
Skilled in Salesforce, Marketo, and marketing analytics tools.
Exceptional project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to travel within the Americas (approx. 25–35%).
Bilingual (English + Spanish/Portuguese) a plus for LATAM support.
