Requirements
- Strong engineering or architectural background with experience guiding technical leaders and collaborating across product and design.
- Proven success delivering major technology initiatives, designing scalable cloud-based systems (AWS), and supporting customer-facing products.
- Experience in banking and/or mobile app development is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to establish agile practices and foster engineering culture in new teams.
- Skilled in building trust and influence across teams, executives, and suppliers.
- Strong leadership in mentoring, critical thinking, facilitation, and organisational change aligned with MYOB values.
