Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing engineers
- Strong hands-on experience with shipping production software and modern web technologies—React, TypeScript, Python/Flask, Postgres (or similar stacks)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you’re comfortable working cross-functionally and making tradeoffs with product/design and other stakeholders
- Experience building growth features, internal tools, or working in marketplace or B2B SaaS contexts
