Responsibilities
Planning, coordinating, and executing the handover process of an offshore converter plant from project phase to operational phase
Creating and implementing a detailed handover plan
Ensuring completeness and quality of all technical and operational documentation
Coordinating acceptance procedures (MC, RFC, RFO) with operations
Tracking and following up on open items
Structured transfer of all relevant data, systems, and proofs to operations
Implementing, executing, and continuously improving the handover process
Identifying and managing relevant stakeholders on all handover matters
Adapting and updating project-specific handover checklists
Organizing, preparing, conducting, and following up on handover meetings
Planning and moderating internal and external workshops
Preparing and quality-assuring handover packages (including document and metadata checks)
Requirements
Experience in project and handover management for complex industrial and energy facilities (ideally offshore converters or comparable infrastructure projects)
Knowledge of commissioning and acceptance processes (MC, RFC, RFO)
Confident use of documentation and data management systems as well as completion management systems
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured, proactive working style
Excellent German and English skills
University degree (Bachelor/Master) preferably in industrial engineering, civil engineering, business administration, or equivalent qualification
Knowledge of SAP R/3 (MM) and/or SAP S/4HANA
Experience with documentation and collaboration systems as well as completion management systems (e.g., ThinkProject, PIMS)
Offshore certifications according to GWO/BOSIET standards
