About the role
- Graduate Fire Engineer responsible for fire safety engineering solutions at Ashton Fire. Collaborating with teams on projects across sectors to enhance fire safety management and protection measures.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with colleagues across all offices and support fire engineers at all levels on projects.
- Develop fire strategy designs utilising a mixture of code compliance and performance-based approaches within a wide range of sectors such as residential, commercial, heritage, sports grounds, healthcare, etc.
- Produce technical reports outlining assumptions and bases of design, methodologies, and recommendations.
- Attend site visits (if required), whilst being accompanied and supported by an experienced engineer.
- Continually advance your knowledge and skills in the application of fire engineering principles and relevant legislation through continual professional development.
