Proven ability to design and implement recruitment processes from scratch, including local and international hiring.
Extensive experience hiring diverse talent across disciplines, with a focus on R&D and GTM roles.
In-depth understanding of global market dynamics, particularly in regions like Israel, Europe, and the US
Proactive, results-driven mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving and innovation.
Strong analytical skills, leveraging data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies.
A track record of partnering effectively with hiring managers at all levels.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English - this is a must.
