Responsibilities
Work arrangement: On site/ Remote/ Hybrid (Travel expenses fully covered)
Reports to: Founder/CEO
Take full ownership of P&L, Strategy and team forging.
Build and scale a non-Amazon DTC powerhouse (via Meta/TikTok).
Prior experience with multiple performance marketing channels (Tiktok, Shopify, etc).
Manage nutraceuticals/supplement industry business.
Treat the business as your own.
Requirements
Proven track record of scaling a DTC/E-commerce business (preferably supplements, beauty, or CPG/FMCG) from an early stage to at least $50M+ in Revenue.
P&L responsibility and ownership, over everything not just marketing or media.
Experience and deep understanding with performance marketing channels (primarily MetaAds) and paid media.
Team forging, leadership and management, you will be given freedom to make your teams but also responsibility and ownership over them and their performance metrics.
Smart Budget management and resource allocation, you will be the one who scales all those campaigns so wise and strategic spending are imperative.
Deep understanding of consumer culture that will serve as a foundation for decision making.
