About the role

Responsibilities
- Be involved across the full software development lifecycle — from design through to delivery and support.
- Build high-quality, scalable, and well-structured software that underpins the success of our Clinical Portal solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver meaningful features that directly improve the experience of clinicians and healthcare providers worldwide.
- Engage with clients to understand their stories, needs, and goals — ensuring the solutions we deliver continue to meet their needs now and into the future.
- (If you’re joining at a senior level) contribute to architectural and design decisions, champion best practices, and mentor other engineers within the team.
Requirements
- You’ll bring at least 3–5 years’ experience as a Software Engineer, ideally with exposure to both front-end and back-end development. If you have deeper experience, we’ll look to you to help guide technical decisions and mentor others.
- Strong proficiency in Java and database technologies such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server. Front-end experience with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is also important. Familiarity with cloud platforms (especially AWS) is a big advantage. Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright), Terraform, Docker, Ansible, ECS, Lambda, or automation tooling would be a bonus.
- You’re naturally curious, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems. You communicate well, collaborate effectively, and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a large, cross-functional team.
