About the role

• Full Stack Developer creating analytics infrastructure for IC Markets, a leader in FinTech innovation. Designing systems to transform trading data into actionable insights for the trading department.

Responsibilities

• You will build the internal intelligence and analytics infrastructure that transforms raw trading data into decision-grade insight: real-time dashboards, behavioural profiling tools, operational surveillance interfaces, and the APIs that stitch them together.
• This role sits at the core of a strategic initiative to change that.
• The quality of your work will be visible to senior leadership from day one.
• Designing and building systems that directly influence how the trading department understands risk, protects LP relationships, and identifies value leakage.

Requirements

• Strong JavaScript (ES6+) and React 18 - you write production-quality frontend code
• Node.js backend development with Fastify or equivalent high-performance frameworks
• ClickHouse experience - analytical queries at scale, schema design, query optimisation
• Relational database fluency: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL
• Python with Pandas, NumPy, SciPy for data transformation and lightweight modelling pipelines
• Linux and Windows environment experience - you are comfortable in both
• Git, CI/CD, and professional version control discipline
• Exposure to trading, forex, or financial services systems (Strongly Preferred)
• Familiarity with commercial trading platforms (Strongly Preferred)
• UX sensibility - you can build interfaces that are both functional and legible under pressure (Strongly Preferred)
• Experience with real-time or streaming data architectures (Preferred)
• Vue.js or Angular as alternative frontend experience is acceptable (Preferred)
