About the role
- Lead Engineer driving the evolution of React-based web applications for NaviPartner, a Microsoft Solutions Partner in Denmark. Leading architecture and engineering standards in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor multiple squads building ecommerce, restaurant, retail, and attraction experiences (web apps, kiosks, portals, dashboards)
- Own architecture for new and existing React applications, including AI‑assisted workflows for design docs, test generation, and code review insights
- Define platform foundations: design systems, shared libraries, tooling, CI/CD, and AI‑in‑the‑loop developer workflows
- Raise engineering quality across design docs, code reviews, documentation, tech strategy, and incident retrospectives
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Delivery, and Customer teams on roadmap and go‑to‑market initiatives
- Make key architectural and technical decisions balancing pragmatic delivery with long-term quality
- Shape API contracts and influence caching, authentication, and performance patterns across the stack
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on React experience with increasing technical scope and influence
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong understanding of API consumption and design patterns
- Excellent communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills
- Proven end-to-end ownership, from problem framing to rollout and monitoring
- Experience delivering solutions with multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders
- Full professional proficiency in Danish and English
