About the role
- Floating General Manager at B.HOM overseeing property management and ensuring compliance. Involves travel and managing resident relations for student housing.
Responsibilities
- Regularly inspects the property ensure company standards are being met
- Gathers, analyzes and interprets current market and economic trends that may impact the property and implements marketing and leasing strategies
- Develops resident retention strategy and maintains by communicating and responding to residents in a timely manner
- Manages and coordinates requests for repairs and maintenance
- Partners with Regional Manager to create operating income/expense budgets
- Prepares related weekly/monthly property operational and financial reports
- Hires, trains, supervises, develops, and mentors property staff
- Travels up to 100% of the time to other sites as scheduled
Requirements
- 3-5 years of prior Property Management experience
- Ability to regularly travel via automobile and airplane for company required training/business
- Intermediate MS Office Word/Excel and computer technology skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customer.
