Responsibilities
Provide financial leadership/direction to the regional sales management staff and develop/implement revenue growth plans in partnership with sales leadership.
Lead and coordinate the development of regional and district level strategic plans.
Provide financial leadership to the Regional Sales Directors and District Managers in developing robust, accurate revenue and expense forecasts.
Evaluate region and district opportunity pipelines, class of trade trends (among other metrics) for opportunities to optimize results.
Ensure appropriate accounting controls (expense and revenue) and pricing policies are maintained and operating as expected.
Collaborate with Sales/Commercial Ops business partners to analyze inventory management performance.
Collaborate with RSD and HR on sales force alignment, performance and compensation strategies.
Collaborate with Total Rewards and Sales compensation to ensure proper commission payment to the field and understand how sales incentive plan impacts growth/field behaviors.
Collaborate with Sales Systems team to optimize systems tools and reporting.
Engage in special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
10+ years of work experience in relevant Finance and/or Accounting OR Advanced Degree with 8+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting
MBA and/or CPA and financial systems experience.
