About the role
- Finance Operations Lead managing the finance technology stack at Pigment. Bridging Finance and IT, ensuring financial systems align with company growth and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the design, implementation, and optimization of the technology stack that powers our Finance function
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of financial systems (ERP, billing, revenue recognition, reporting tools, etc.)
- Champion automation and process efficiency
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
- Provide training, support, and documentation on Finance Systems (tools and process) to end users across the organization
Requirements
- You have 10+ years experience in Finance project management, and/or a similar role acquired in a consulting firm and/or within a finance department in an international environment
- Proven experience in delivering complex financial projects
- Strong understanding of system integrations (API-driven workflows, middleware, data pipelines)
- Good organizational skills, autonomous and reliable : You are able to run multiple projects simultaneously and manage your deadlines
- Great communications skills
- Fluent English : Our day to day language is English and you will interact daily with English speaking stakeholders.
