Finance Broker for BlueRock Finance managing residential and commercial lending applications. Building and maintaining relationships with clients while providing expert finance advice.
Responsibilities
Maintain, develop and grow an existing client portfolio with recurring business and referrals from happy clients being the end goal.
Manage both the residential and commercial lending application process from enquiry through to settlement.
Maintaining organization through different online CRM platforms, such as MyCrm to monitor client interactions, inquiries, and application progress.
Presenting lending strategies and other tailored advice to clients.
Nurture and grow a network of both internal and external contacts, including collaborating with Directors / Leaders from other BlueRock divisions to develop relationships and further cement your referral base.
Understand and operate within relevant Regulatory and Compliance legislation, working through any compliance issues
Requirements
Have a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking.
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Broker role.
Prior Business Banking experience is beneficial.
