Responsibilities
Represent Lucangeli in the field, from Cannes to Aix-en-Provence.
Develop the HoReCa and fine grocery client portfolio.
Prospect: grow the customer base in the assigned territory.
Organize a smart, strategic sales route and call plan.
Become an expert in our market and chefs' needs.
Manage and support a sales representative in a work-study/apprenticeship program.
Ensure clear reporting in our CRM and collaborate with the rest of the team.
Build strong relationships with each client: active listening, advisory, responsiveness.
Organize tastings in fine grocery stores and restaurants to boost sales.
Be proactive in proposing improvements to commercial tools and sharing customer feedback.
Promote new products and concepts.
Requirements
You have proven experience in business development (ideally in the food industry/gastronomy).
You are seeking a permanent position (CDI) and want to commit to an ambitious, flavorful project.
You have a commercial mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in HoReCa / fine grocery / food industry.
You are passionate about gastronomy, Italy, regional products and high-quality foods.
You are autonomous, determined and not afraid to knock on doors / pursue new opportunities.
