About the role

- Manage vendors and negotiate contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Provide logistical support as needed for owned and sponsored events.
- Follow up with strategic partners and sponsors to strengthen relationships.
- Monitor event budgets and prepare expense reports.
- Create performance reports and success metrics for events.
- Develop promotional materials and publicity content for events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Events Management, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience in event planning and management.
- Ability to plan and manage medium-sized events.
- Experience negotiating contracts with vendors.
- Knowledge of event budgeting and financial control.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using event management tools and CRM systems.
