About the role
- Internship for a student in a crypto accounting startup supporting the CEO with operations and business growth projects. Involves launching products and learning about startup dynamics.
Responsibilities
- You will work closely with the CEO regarding the scalability of processes and operations within the company.
- You will identify business growth potential (e.g., location, channel, product) and drive projects to deliver against these opportunities.
- You will launch new products and services (MVPs) and follow up on their performance after launch.
- You will continuously question existing structures and processes and find solutions for them.
- You will actively support the CEO in the operative day-to-day business.
Requirements
- You need to be a student currently enrolled and looking for an internship.
- You do not need to have a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top-tier university.
- If you kill it, you kill it! It doesn't matter where you studied.
- You have gained experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, private equity, high-growth startups, VC, etc.)
- You have a strong analytical mindset and a solution-oriented way of thinking.
- You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty.
- You are a great communicator and expert in stakeholder management on various levels.
- You are fluent in English (German is a benefit).
- You are ready for the journey of your life.
